- We sell genuine APSCO engine oil in sealed original packs.
- We try to show product images, specifications and descriptions accurately. Packaging design may change from time to time by the manufacturer.
- Always choose the oil grade recommended in your vehicle’s owner’s manual. Our team can advise, but the final choice is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
- Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured.
4. Orders
- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email and/or SMS.
- We may call you to confirm the order before dispatch.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If you already paid, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
- We accept online payment through SSLCommerz (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, internet banking and more) and Cash on Delivery.
- Online payments are processed securely by SSLCommerz. We do not store your card or mobile banking details.
- An order paid online is confirmed only after the payment is successfully received.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellation

8. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for engine damage or loss caused by using an oil grade that is not recommended for your vehicle, incorrect installation, or misuse of the product. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, design and text belong to AUTO PRIME unless stated otherwise. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
