Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. This policy explains when and how you can return a product and get a refund.

1. Check your parcel at delivery

Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If the seal is broken, the pack is leaking or damaged, or you received the wrong product, you may refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

2. When you can return

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking or defective on arrival.
  • You received the wrong product, or the wrong grade.
  • The product is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging (change of mind).

3. When a return is not accepted

  • The seal has been opened or the oil has been used — for safety and quality reasons, opened engine oil cannot be resold.
  • The return request is made after 7 days.
  • The product was damaged by the customer after delivery.

4. How to request a return

  1. Contact us at +880 1711-556093 or [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Our team will review and confirm your request within 2 business days.
  3. We will arrange pickup, or ask you to send the product to our address.

5. Return shipping cost

  • Damaged, defective or wrong product: we pay the return shipping.
  • Change of mind (unopened product): the customer pays the return shipping, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and check the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • Online payments (card, mobile banking, internet banking via SSLCommerz): refunded to the same payment method. It usually takes 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or mobile wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer to an account you provide.
  • You can also choose a replacement product instead of a refund.
