1. Cancellation by the customer
- You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is shipped. Call us at +880 1711-556093 or email [email protected] with your order number.
- Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or follow our Return & Refund Policy.
- If you refuse an online-paid order at the door without a valid reason (damaged or wrong item), the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
2. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock.
- There was a pricing or listing error.
- We cannot reach you to confirm the order or delivery address.
- We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
We will inform you by phone, SMS or email if we cancel your order.
3. Refund on cancellation
- For orders paid online through SSLCommerz, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of cancellation and usually reach you in 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before shipping have nothing to refund.
