1. Delivery time and charges

The exact delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times start from order confirmation and may be longer during public holidays, hartals, natural disasters or other events outside our control.
2. Order processing
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually processed the same day; later orders are processed the next business day.
- We may call you to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
- Online-paid orders are dispatched after the payment is confirmed by SSLCommerz.
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the courier name and tracking number by SMS or email. You can also call us for an update.
4. At the time of delivery
- Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person.
- Do not accept a parcel with a broken seal, leakage or visible damage — contact us right away.
- For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready.
5. Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may include an additional delivery charge.
