How we look after your information
- We ask only for what we need. Your name, mobile number and email address when you order, the chassis numbers you search, and the technical details every website sees.
- Your card details stay with the payment gateway. You enter them on the gateway's own page. We never receive your full card number, its security code, a PIN or a one-time password.
- We use your information to serve you. To deliver your report, to answer you, to keep our records, and to stop fraud and abuse.
- You can stop our offers at any time. We may tell you about our services and our offers. Tell us to stop and we stop, and the messages about your order still reach you.
- We do not sell your information, and we never use it to sell you a car. This auction sheet service is independent of our vehicle sales. Every report shows the auction sheet exactly as we receive it, whoever is selling the car. We may use Google, Facebook and other third-party tracking to improve our services and for marketing.
These five points are a summary. The full policy below is what applies. It explains what AUTO PRIME ("Auto Prime", "we", "us") does with your information when you use https://autoprimebd.com/auction-sheet-verification/. By using the site and giving us your details, you agree to this policy and to the uses it describes.
1. What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, mobile number and email address when you place an order or begin one, and anything you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- What you do on the site. The chassis numbers you search, and your orders: what you ordered, the amount and what happened to it.
- What the payment gateway tells us. Whether the payment succeeded, its reference, the payment method, and for a card its type, its issuing bank and a masked number. We never receive the full card number, the security code, a PIN or a one-time password.
- What every website sees. Your IP address, your browser and device type, and the date and time of each request.
- Our contact with you. We may keep a record of our calls, messages and emails with you.
We do not ask for anything else, and we do not collect information about you from other sources. You are responsible for giving us correct details.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought: to send your report link and your payment receipt.
- To help you: to answer you, to send a report again, and to handle a refund.
- To keep proper records: the accounts, tax and legal records a business has to keep.
- To prevent fraud and abuse: to limit automated searching, to check suspicious orders, and to answer a payment dispute. If a payment is disputed, we give the payment gateway and the bank our record of the order: what was ordered, when the report was sent and to which address.
- To protect our rights: to enforce our terms, to recover what is owed to us and to defend a claim.
- To improve the service: by counting searches and orders. These counts do not identify you.
- To tell you about our services: see section 4.
3. Cookies
- Necessary cookies. One keeps your session and one protects forms from forgery. The site does not work without them, so they are always used.
- Security and delivery. The network that protects and speeds up the site may set a cookie of its own for that purpose.
- Analytics and advertising. We may use tools from providers such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They may set cookies or use similar technology to count visits, to measure how our advertisements perform, and to show our advertisements to you on other sites and apps.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works with the necessary ones only.
4. Marketing
- We may, or may not, use your name, mobile number and email address to tell you about this service and its offers, or to remind you of an order you did not finish, by email, SMS, phone call or WhatsApp.
- Our promise. This auction sheet service is independent of our vehicle sales. We never call or message you to sell you a car, and we never give your details to a car seller, a dealer or anyone else for their own use.
- We advertise online, for example on Google and Facebook.
- You can stop this at any time. Reply STOP to a message, or contact us at [email protected] or 8801711556093. We stop within 7 working days.
- Stopping marketing does not stop the messages about an order you have placed: your report link, your receipt and our answers to you.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone for their own marketing.
5. Who we share it with
Only those who need it to do their part, and only what they need:
- The payment gateway, SSLCommerz, and the banks and wallets behind it, to take your payment, to make a refund and to deal with a dispute.
- Our email, SMS and messaging providers, to send your report link, your receipt and our messages.
- Our hosting, storage and security providers, who keep the site running and carry its traffic.
- The auction data source. It receives the chassis number only. It is not told who you are.
- Analytics and advertising providers, as sections 3 and 4 describe.
- Our accountants, auditors and legal advisers, where their work requires it.
- The authorities, where the law requires it or a court orders it.
- Anyone we need to tell to protect our rights, our customers or the public, such as a bank looking into a fraud.
- A new owner, if the business or a part of it is transferred. This policy continues to apply to your information.
Some of these providers keep or process information outside Bangladesh.
6. How long we keep it
- Orders, payments and delivery records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires, and for as long as a payment can still be disputed.
- Search and security logs: for as long as they are useful for security and for running the service.
- Your contact details for marketing: until you tell us to stop.
- Your report: it stays available at its private link so that you can open it again.
7. How we protect it
- The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Payments are made on the gateway's own page, not on ours.
- The passwords and keys the service uses are stored encrypted, and access to the admin area is restricted and logged.
- A report can be opened only with its private link. Keep that link to yourself: anyone who has it can open the report.
No system is perfectly secure, and information sent over the internet can be intercepted. We work to protect your information and we act promptly if something goes wrong. We are not responsible for what is outside our reasonable control, including the security of your own email account, phone or device.
8. Your choices
- See it: ask us what information we hold about you.
- Correct it: ask us to fix something that is wrong.
- Delete it: ask us to delete it. We delete what we are not required to keep. Records of orders, payments and disputes are kept as section 6 says.
- Stop marketing: as section 4 says.

9. Other sites

10. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the changed policy.
