What you should know before you order
- Searching is free. You pay only when you order a report.
- You get the real record. A True Report is the auction house's own record of the vehicle on the day it was auctioned in Japan. We deliver it exactly as we receive it.
- Every record is different. Some come with many photographs, some with a few, and some with only the auction sheet. We do not guarantee photographs, how many there are, or any particular detail.
- It arrives as a link. We email you a private link to your report. The PDF you download from it shows the auction sheet and a few of the photographs. All the photographs are on the report page.
- Delivered in 72 hours, or refunded. If your report is not delivered within 72 hours of your payment (5 working days for Prime Manual Retrieval), you get a full refund through the payment gateway. Every other sale is final.
- It is the car at auction, not today. The report does not describe the vehicle as it is now. Whether to buy it is your decision.
- Our responsibility has a limit. We deliver the record. We are not responsible for the vehicle or for what you decide, and we never owe more than you paid for the order.
These seven points are a summary. The full terms below are what applies, and by searching, ordering or paying on https://autoprimebd.com/auction-sheet-verification/ you agree to them.
1. About these terms
- The site is run by AUTO PRIME ("Auto Prime", "we", "us").
- By searching, ordering or paying you confirm that you have read these terms and that you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
- Before you pay, you tick a box to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. An order cannot be placed without it.
- These terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us.
- You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement, that the details you give us are true, and that you are entitled to use the payment method you pay with.
- If you order for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to.
2. What we sell
- Search (free). Enter a chassis number and we tell you whether an auction record exists for that exact chassis number.
- True Report (paid). The auction house's record for that vehicle: the scanned auction sheet, together with the grade, the mileage and the photographs where the auction house provides them, and an English explanation of the marks on the sheet.
- Prime Manual Retrieval (paid, where offered). A search done by hand for a car's full report when our usual sources do not have it: a chassis number that is not found, or one found with the auction sheet only.
- We sell only an exact match. We never sell the record of a similar chassis number.
3. What is in a report, and what we do not guarantee
- Every auction house records and releases different things. Not every auction house provides every detail.
- Some records come with many photographs. Some come with a few. Some come with only the auction sheet and no photographs at all.
- A detail may be missing, unclear or hard to read on the original sheet. The scan is the auction house's, and so is its quality.
- We deliver the auction sheet and the details of each report you buy as we receive them. We do not edit, retype or change them.
- We do not guarantee that a report has photographs, how many it has, or that it includes any particular detail.
- What the site shows before you pay, including any number of photographs, comes from the auction listing. It helps you recognise the vehicle. It is not a promise about the report.
- A report with few photographs, no photographs or a missing detail is a complete report. It is not a reason for a refund.
4. The report page and the PDF
- Your private link opens the report page. It shows the auction sheet, every photograph we received and the details of the record.
- From that page you can download a PDF to keep or print. The PDF is a summary: it shows the auction sheet and only a few of the photographs, not all of them. All the photographs are on the report page.
- The link does not expire. It is withdrawn if the order is refunded or these terms are broken, and we cannot promise that the site will always be there, so download the PDF and keep it.
5. What a report is not
- It is the record made on the day of the auction. A vehicle can change afterwards: repairs, accidents, mileage, replaced parts. The report says nothing about the vehicle as it is today.
- We do not inspect any vehicle, and we are not the auction house. We do not check or correct what the inspector wrote.
- Buying a report is not buying, reserving or being offered a vehicle.
- A report is information. It is not a valuation, a warranty, a certificate of roadworthiness, or advice to buy or not to buy. Have the vehicle inspected before you buy it. The decision is yours.
- Checking that the chassis number on the report is the one on the vehicle in front of you is your job.
6. No warranty
- The site and every report are provided as they are.
- The record is the auction house's, not ours. We make no promise, stated or implied, that it is accurate, complete or free of errors, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
- Our advertisements, our social media posts, our sample reports and anything said by phone or by message describe the service in general. They are not a promise about any particular vehicle or report. Only these terms are.
- Nothing said by our staff changes these terms unless we confirm it to you by email.
7. Your part
- The chassis number. Enter it correctly and check the vehicle shown on the order page before you pay. An order for the wrong chassis number is still a completed order.
- Your details. Give your correct name, mobile number and email address. The report link is sent to that email address.
- Your link. Keep it private. Anyone who has the link can open the report. What happens to a link you share is your responsibility.
- A problem. Tell us at once if a report is not for the chassis number you ordered.
8. Price and payment
- The price is shown on the order page before you pay, in BDT. That is the full amount we charge. Any charge made by your own bank, card or wallet is yours.
- Prices can change. The price shown when you pay is the price of your order.
- Payment is taken through SSLCommerz, a licensed payment gateway, by card, mobile banking or internet banking. You enter your card or wallet details on the gateway's own page. We never receive them and never store them.
- Your order exists only when the gateway confirms your payment to us.
- We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful or made in error, such as an obvious mistake in a price. If we cancel an order that was paid for, the payment is returned in full through the gateway.
9. Delivery
- Delivery is by email to the address on the order: a private link to your report. At that link the report can be read online and downloaded as a PDF. No file is attached to the email, and nothing is shipped.
- If we already hold the record, the link is normally sent within minutes of payment. If the record has to be retrieved, it is normally sent within 3 hours during office hours (11:00 am to 12:00 am, Sunday to Thursday). An order placed outside office hours is handled when work resumes. Prime Manual Retrieval usually takes 24 to 72 hours, and at most 5 working days (Sunday to Thursday).
- Those are the times we work to. They are not a guarantee. The guarantee is this: if your report is not delivered within 72 hours of your payment, or within 5 working days for Prime Manual Retrieval, your order is refunded in full.
- Delivery is complete when the link is sent to the email address on the order and the report is available at it. If you cannot find the email, tell us and we send it again.
- A message we send to the email address or mobile number on your order is treated as received by you when we send it.
10. Refunds
- A delivered order is final. An order cannot be cancelled or changed once the payment has been made.
- The only ground for a refund is that the report was not delivered within 72 hours of the payment (5 working days for Prime Manual Retrieval). A refund is paid only through the payment gateway, to the payment method that paid.
- A refund of the amount you paid is all that we owe for an order that was not delivered.
- The full rules are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Using a report
A report is for your own use. You may show it to a seller, a buyer, a bank or an insurer in connection with that vehicle.
You must not:
- resell reports, or republish or distribute them as a product or service of your own;
- remove or change anything on a report, or present a changed report as ours;
- search or order by automated means such as scripts, bots or scrapers, collect data from the site in bulk, or place unreasonable load on it;
- try to reach a report, an order or a part of the site that is not yours, or interfere with the security or the working of the site;
- use the site or a report to mislead anyone, or for anything unlawful.
If these terms are broken we may limit searches, suspend access, cancel orders and refuse service. A report obtained by breaking them may be withdrawn without a refund.
12. Our responsibility
- We take reasonable care to deliver the correct record for the chassis number you ordered, as we receive it.
- We are not responsible for what the inspector recorded or did not record, for errors or gaps in the auction house's data, for missing photographs or details, for any change to the vehicle after the auction, for what any seller, dealer, importer or other person does, or for any decision to buy, sell, import, register, finance, insure or price a vehicle.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order, whatever the cause, is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of money, profit, time, business or a bargain.
- If you do not tell us about a problem with a report within 30 days of the day it was delivered, you accept that it was delivered correctly.
- Nothing in these terms removes a liability that the law does not allow to be removed.
13. Your responsibility to us
If you break these terms, give us false details or misuse a report, and we suffer a loss or face a claim because of it, you are responsible to us for that loss, including our reasonable costs.
14. Disputes with your bank
- Contact us before you raise a dispute with your bank or wallet. Most problems are solved by sending the link again.
- Raising a chargeback for a report that was delivered breaks these terms. We contest it, and we give the gateway and the bank our delivery records.
- If a chargeback is raised for a report that was delivered, you owe us the amount of the order and any fee the gateway or the bank charges us for the chargeback.
15. Messages and records
- By ordering you agree that we may contact you about your order by email, SMS, phone call or WhatsApp.
- Marketing messages are covered by our Privacy Policy. You can stop them at any time.
- We may keep a record of our calls, messages and emails with you.
- Our emails, the records of our systems and the records of the payment gateway are the evidence of orders, payments and deliveries. They are final unless there is an obvious error in them.
16. The site
- The site, its design, its text and its software, and the names and marks Auto Prime and True Report, belong to AUTO PRIME or its licensors. Auction sheets and photographs belong to their owners.
- We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will always work or be free of errors. We may limit searches, pause the site for maintenance, and change or withdraw any part of the service. An order already paid for is still delivered or refunded under these terms.
- We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control, such as a failure of the auction source, the payment gateway, the internet or the power supply, a natural event, or an act of government. The 72-hour refund (5 working days for Prime Manual Retrieval) still applies.
17. Changes and general points
- We may change these terms. The version on this page on the day you order is the version that applies to that order.
- These terms replace anything said or written before about the same subject.
- If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term at once, we may still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours.
- If these terms are translated, the English version is the one that applies.
18. Law and complaints
- These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Tell us about a complaint first, at [email protected] or 8801711556093. We answer within 3 working days.
- The courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not settled that way.
